The Tai Chi Chuan Set

This list of postures has grown from a list obtained in a class over 10 years ago. The list is not the classical 108 moves; it covers the major postures (and some "transitions") and ends with 113 "postures".

"Wu Chi" is the starting and finishing point for a complete form. Hence the Slow Set can be practiced as a whole with one, two or three sections, ending with "Crossing Hands" and "Wu Chi".

"Wu Chi" is a important concept in Tai Chi. See for example Lao Tzu and Wu Chi

"The Slow Set" also known as "The Yang Long Form"
